I assume you have something similar in the US, but the
people in the job centre here treat you like they have just
trood in dog shit and they are trying to wipe you off their
shoe, it doesn't occur to them they are in a demeaning
terrible job either they show no solidarity, they have no
empathy its remarkable where they find people with such
little humanity

like this they make it as uncomfortable and horrible as
possible, so people give up hope and don't apply, and they
have the cheek to call the people they are meant to serve
"customers"

i'm sure it will warm roger wilco's heart to hear that,
while, at times, i have been out of food and starving, but i
still haven't ever gone as far as to claim unemployment. too
much social interaction involved

thinks they are far superior to you, Id advice against it

Thanks for replying.

You have a valid concern. I hear ya.

But I think social distancing is a good idea not an
overreaction.

Yesterday in the shop I literally told a woman to get out of
my face. She walked away mumbling something incoherently.

It was in the queue for the sanitary wipes. We all stand in
line to get to the front. I get to the front of the
"sanitation station" and who then decides to share it with
me? This fucking woman.

People.are weird. Yesterday I went to a local park. I know
I know, but i figured if i don't go near anyone, and it's
all open plan, you don't have to go near anyone... so I find
a spot to sit down , ... 2, 2 fucking joggers doing their
circuits or whatever, all the room in the fucking world,
find it obligatory to run near past me. Everytime I look out
the window someone is fucking jogging. It's this conspicuous
"I need to make it apparent I need to keep healthy, which
explains all my specials allergies and intolerances. " As an
experiment I'm going to look out the window .... now.

OK there's no one, but I believe my point still stands.

I do think in the next 24 hours we're, in the UK, and at
least London and major cities, going to see a more robust
"lockdown".

You’re preaching to the choir here. I hate to sound
“negative” but some people are plain stupid.

It just takes common sense.

A new epidemiological study (preprint) concludes that the
mortality of Covid19 even in the Chinese city of Wuhan was
only 0.04% to 0.12% and thus rather lower than that of
seasonal flu, which has a mortality rate of about 0.1%. As a
reason for the overestimated mortality of Covid19, the
researchers suspect that initially only a small number of
cases were recorded in Wuhan, as the disease was probably
asymptomatic or mild in many people.

the word "God" with "All your male relatives that
are a bit fruity and hate women
".
