no one said anything wrong with starting an argument.
debates are great and mind engaging if done properly, but
when you revert to petty insults and personal bashing it
just proves that you have no real place to even be in the
argument, you have conceded your true ignorance to the
subject and therefore pretty much destroy any chances of
presenting a compelling argument.

dare I say this: try to use the gifts that god gave you
(your mind) better. please don't respond with a personal
insult. I believe there's still a chance for you.

what you have to realize is that there is no real way to
prove whether god exists or not. you may believe he's not
real, but that's your belief. you are not omniscient.

Wouldnt it be better if we all as indiviuals learned about
our selfes more?
Just learn how we work as persons.
That there is a reason to feel down and there is a reason to
feel happy.
And then take control of these emotions so we dont fall in
unecerry suffering.
And that there isnt an easy way out of everything.

it's just depressing for me when I see such narrow

that some people can't use the great reasoning ability that
the human mind has to a fuller potential.

I think there is a pretty easy answer why so many people
blame evil on something called evil. The thing we call evil
is in evryone. just simple emotions that everyone has
inside.
These are emotions we need.
every single emotion in our body is needed and if we close
our eyes and throw em away they will grow stronger.
its like throwing garbage in a cupboard.
in a few weeks it will be full and the door wont be able to
close and the garbage will fall out in your living room.

better to believe in a fake something than a real

Classic! :D

And now that we have a perfect example of Christian logic,
let's see some Christian morality: here's some wise men
telling us why it was okay and good for God to demand
genocide and rape.

I think I'll be off to then. Just remember, faith is a
personal desision everyone makes. It's something thats been
around since the first human being gazed at the stars and
wondered where it all came from, and if they were truly
alone.

The least you can do is respect it.

if your whole belief system is centred around what is proven
and fact, then where does that lead you? There is so much in
this world that is not proven, and not fact... some where in
life you have to make a leap of faith and believe in
something that hasn't been proven, and that you cannot see
and all that... some people choose to believe in God, others
choose to believe other things... I don't really understand
why it has to be a source of such conflict what people
choose to believe in...
