hello everyone
i heard today that perugia broke contract with ahn jung
hwan-he scored the golden goal for korea yesterday
probably hwan himself doesn't mind that too much, because im
sure he can get a better contract outside italy
about championship-
brazil is going to win this championship for sure
i hope
hehe

hehe.. yeah i also heard that ahn was allowed to leave
perugia 5 months early to go training with the national
squad... i guess they don't need him that badly anyway :)

thats weird.

imagine brazil and spain played the final, and roberto
carlos scores the golden goal for brazil... I dont think he
would be fired of real madrid

in Italy

:)
i guess its more because of a negative publicity for the
club.
but on the other hand its also to protect the player

i did
but now i heard why perugia manager don't want hwan to
return to the club.
he said that hwan intentionaly played so good against
italy-and he don't want the player who destroyed the italian
football playing for his team.

perhaps this manager is the main reason why perugia is in
shitty state
hehe

Re. the Italy vs. Korea match.

All this whining about the referee would never happened if
Italy hadn't sat back on a 1 goal advantage. Its something
they never learn. Look at the Croatia match. They should
have pushed forward to kill off the game, but no, they sat
back and lost 2-1. The same thing happens against Korea, and
all the team does is complain about the, i agree suspect,
refereeing.

end.Rant()

wise words darth manchu... but you have to understand
them... its a shock to be out of the cup for a team like
italy and more the way they did

Oh yeah, i understand you there, but they only have
themselves to blame. Sure the referee was a bit dodgy, but
one of the best teams in the world cant just scrape through
with 1-0 wins.

Plus, you cant say that even a tiny part of you wanted to
laugh at the mighty falling ;)

italian teams have always played catenaccio to mantain the
1-0... but look at the champions league in the last 5
years...they have done nothing, when back in the days they
were always on the finals... I think, in italy they should
try to play more offensive, as it is clear that the old
catenaccio is not giving good results in the last years.

italian teams have not even been in 1/4 finals of the
champions league in the last two years... this means, two
years without a team among the 8 best of europe...

Spain were guilty of the same crime. After getting a goal
against Ireland, they took off thier two strikers, and we
know what happened there.

The world cup has been all down to underestimation, the big
teams havent been in the right mind-set for the smaller
teams.

today's newspaper says that ANN JUNG -
HWAN who striked final goal against Italy
was fired by A.C PERUGIA.
I don't understand why he was fired.
Gauch in Perugia owner said that
"I won't expect him play well in PERUGIA ."

People in ITALY including Gauch hate him????

Hwan will send back to Korea from Perugia 'cos he doesn't
play well last Italian's championship.
Perugia is angry 'cos Hwan first of the match against Italy
was boaster and arrogant against Italy's football in a lot
of interviews.

Anyway I'm not agree about decisions of Perugia, but maybe
it's the best thing to do, honestly Italy could be dangerous
for Hwan, now :)

I totally agree with you, 'cos everyone in Italy is angry
with Trapattoni 'cos he plays too much defensive game.
We'had 5 great strikers and we didn't use them, it's a
shame.

BUT TRY TO UNDERSTAND:

We know that we played not well, but 5 regular goals denied
are really too much for us.
The referee MORENO from Ecuador, while Turkey had Collina
against Japan, is too much.

WE ARE ANGRY AGAINST TRAPATTONI FOR HIS DEFENSIVE MODULES
BUT WE ARE VERY ANGRY AGAINST FIFA AND REFEREES TOO.
ITALY HASN'T POLITICAL POWER MORE INSIDE F.I.F.A. AND THIS
THE REALITY.

Who really risk to back home in a coffin are the referee
Moreno and Blatter, not the poor Hwan...
But they are too intelligent for come to visit Italy in this
period... :-D

yea I think that is normal that italy is mad at the referee
or at the fifa, but not at the player...he just scored for
his country...what did italians expected? lots of players in
this cup play in spanish league and if we played against
them we would understand that they have to fight for their
country.
besides, you say that in peruggia they were mad at him cos
he had said some bad declarations about italy...what did he
say?

First of the match he said that he knew very well Italian
players and that they weren't so strong.
He said: "We'll destroy Italy without much problems" (or
something similiar).
Ha hadn't very much fairplay and he was arrogant, imo.

Korean ppl hadn't much fairplay too... I remember the seats
red and white who wrote "AGAIN 1966"... this wasn't fair
play, imo.

btw: They forgot that was their rivals of North Korea that
won against Italy in 1966 and not South Korea.

Now, Italians supports the followings teams: SPAIN, BRASIL,
ENGLAND and SENEGAL.

But in the next match between SPAIN-KOREA, all Italian
nation will watch the match and will support Spain, believe
me Nacmat.

********** IMPORTANT *************

Nacmat, did you notice the differences between referee and
linesman of TURKEY-SENEGAL and SPAIN-KOREA... now you can
see clearly how much important is a Turkish like president
of FIFA's referee.
These are the laws of the actual football, unfortunately :(

Read below:

SOUTH KOREA - SPAIN

Referee - GHANDOUR Gamal (EGY)
Assistant Referee 1 - TOMUSANGE Ali (UGA)
Assistant Referee 2 - RAGOONATH Michael (TRI)
Fourth Official - MANE Saad (KUW)

60 SEN : TUR 22.06.02 Osaka 20:30
Referee - RUIZ Oscar (COL)
Assistant Referee 1 - RATTALINO Jorge (ARG)
Assistant Referee 2 - GIACOMUZZI Miguel (PAR)
Fourth Official - VEISSIERE Gilles (FRA)

SPAIN: EGYPT, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, UGANDA and KUWAIT
(Anybody of these referee has an important experience in
international football apart this world cup...)
I'd like to imagine a match in the TRINIDAD & TOBAGO's
league.

TURKEY: COLOMBIA, ARGENTINA, PARAGUAY and FRANCE.
(3 referees from important championships as Libertadores and
concaf + 1 european from France)

very satisfied with the performance of the referees?

Yeah, I read Netlon... it's a shame.
They told that Romero made a good work in the match between
Italy-Korea, so I don't understand why F.I.F.A. sent back
home in Ecuador, Romero instead of referee next matches of
1/4, semifinals or finals. Poor football...

well woofer... it's all well and nice to hunt for
conspiracies, but maybe we should have a little faith this
time. there's nothing we can do about it, and yesterday i
saw you swear on this board for the first time!!

it's hard to say 'it's only football', i know, my team
didn't even qualify. but we have to get past it, and i have
been enjoying this tournament greatly. i hope you will too,
for the rest of the world cup!

:)

woofer:
what can I say...I am afraid that referees will be kinder
with korea than with spain...but as they are hosts its not
vey extrange... normally teams do a great world cup when
they are hosts and in part its because referees are a bit
kind with them... nothing new
but what really worries me about korea is that they play
really good... they dont have any great player, but as a
whole team, they do a great job, they never stop running
during the 90 minutes and they play very offensive... this
is what really worries me about korea...the rest is just
something we cant change, so spain can only worry about what
we can control...and that is that we are 11 vs 11
