What a coincidence, sweden-denmark=2-2... maybe I prefered a draw for 3-3 or 4-4, anyway fix or not fix, Italy is out 'cos played an awful championship and deserved to back home. They won only 2-1 against a really poor Bulgaria. I'm disappointed just for 1 thing... SORESEN! He was one of the best goalkeeper of this tournament but he wasn't able to throw away the last ball where Sweden scored last goal of 2-2. How was it possible? Really a bad error there. Anyway now I will support SWEDEN in this competition, 'cos I always liked Ljungberg and Ibrahimovic there. Congs to Denmark and Sweden, shame to Italy. |

i haven't watched any games yesterday, but even if it was fixed, italy has no one to blame but themselves...i'd love to see them get far coz they're my 2nd favourite team, but the way they play, i really don't mind if they're out of the competition... |

anyone who saw the game between denmark - sweden can easily tell it wasn't arranged..... hell, we were 60 seconds from being kicked out from EURO2004! denmark was close to 3-1 a handful of times during the last 15 mins. both teams wanted to win the game... |

sweden played quite bad tho.... both against italy and denmark. the good thing is that we manage to play draw against two good teams even tho we didn't perform more than 75% of our capacity. hopefully things will get better now... germany, netherlands or latvia... who will be swedens opponents in the quarter final? it's being decided tonight. |

The Czech are miles ahead of any other squad at the moment. So many quality players and a great coach. They'd have to be my pick for winner of this tournament. France will probably fumble their way into the final just like they stumbled into the quarterfinals save for a few short spells of Zidane and finally Henry. Now Portugal-England and Holland-Sweden, though to pick a winner out of those, but I hope Portugal and Holland to go through because I like technical football better than working football. |
