Doesn't Amon Tobin perhaps warrant adding to the list? I'm
only just getting into his stuff but he has several albums
out, his profile is getting bigger, people on here seem to
like him a lot etc...

nice list... some of those I haven't yet heard, but I'm sure
I will with all this cool info stuff soon to be available...
but, I know it was asked or mentioned one time before, but
Amon Tobin should be there I think... lots of people here
love him...

one question: will 'laptop' musicians such as jim o'rourke,
fennesz, ehlers etc be featured in the foreseeable future as
well?

are they on list, phobia? (------

come on! he already told us who was in the list... no need
to keep asking "will this or that be in the list phob??"
because in 66 posts 40 or so are asking the same question ,
each of us with a different artist... it would be impossible
to make a web site of 50 artists, so please be happy for
what we will able to enjoy and stop worrying for those who
will not be in xltronic!

you understood me... I know what you mean, but before you
about 10 members did a similar question and I imagine phobia
thinking, "what is this? I tell them good news and they only
ask about what is missing"

BESIDES:

phobia said:

"There are about 150 additional artists in the main
discography"

wha else do you want?

I mentioned Amon Tobin cause there's like 2 artists in that
list I've never heard of and Tobin is well popular on here.
I think he deserves to be on the main list and Phob seemed
to agree. People are entitled to throw in their two cents.

OK man, I know what you mean ;) Lots of people HAVE been
moaning about the release date and such... I don't think
there's been too much of that on this thread though. People
seem to be getting more patient with time (or more
despondant? j/k) :D

Phob: I was thinking. To reduce the workload you and the
otherss behind the scenes have taken on. With the list
you've mentioned and people asking about other artists.
People could write the discography of someone you weren't
going too. This way everyone would be included and
everyone's happy. Or is that a stupid idea?

As for Xltronic not being released yet:

We have as much contents as WATMM already (even more) and we
could very easily bundle it together and release it within a
few hours. So this crap over at WATMM re: "xltronic is
delayed - watmm is here" is quite annoying - yet funny. But
I haven't bothered to mention it on the watmm board - would
it do any difference anyway...?

There (was, dunno if it's still around) a Cylob website that
was pretty good (had a 'brain' motif, chock full of info.

Sadly, I forgot the URL - I might have it bookmarked
somewhere though.
