thats the spirit. basically what i had in mind was creating
a communal account that ppl can upload their works into
(instead of sending everything to me whereby there is no
recyclical motion of ideas). i'll keep ya'll informed

I'm interested in this, for sure. I'm in the process of
recording some ambient-ish type stuff, or, I will be in the
next few weeks, that is. Do you know anyone with programming
skill who might want to help us out?

You could have individual elements of the music tracks ULed
seperately. This would allow for dropping or adding sounds
in in time to events in cut scenes, etc.

I find "putfile" good for communal projects.

CeriJC:I much like the idea of elements that can be layered
for developing moods / levels of atmosphere thoughout the
game (i've been harbouring similar sentiments ;). At this
early stage i dont wanna impose anything mandatory yet that
may hamper creativity, but minimal ambient/atmospheric stuff
is encouraged (this will inspire the building of a demo
environment to walk around in)
