Thank u hypies, reading that now. I didn't mean to suggest
you were in favour of Iraq.

For the record! I do not think Putin is a good guy or hero
or ideal leader! All I'm saying is the situation is far more
complicated than "bad man do bad stuff" and not without
historical context and causes.

There have been so many Africans/Indians on social media
posting Western Imperialist memes. Yes we get it Western
Imperialism is bad, id be the first one to say it, but
didn't they ever hear about the Tsar's or the Warsaw pact
etc..?

I just wanted to say I was in Salisbury just after the
Novichok nerve agent killings and there was still places you
couldn't go cos they were clearing up in hazmat suits. I
know the bad man thing is overly simplistic, but Putin is a
bad man with alot more clout behind him

He has good points about the nazi resolution things, but all
that is Moot now cos he is bombing the crap out of people he
describes as:

"Our kinship has been transmitted from generation to
generation. It is in the hearts and the memory of people
living in modern Russia and Ukraine, in the blood ties that
unite millions of our families. Together we have always been
and will be many times stronger and more successful. For we
are one people."

want to see wars or death for any ideological reason I'm
sure. I know as hell I don't want to see any sort of
military intervention if It can be avoided at any cost

What I think is really worrying about these Azov fascists is
a post war Ukraine, they could be the next government in a
hyper nationalist era.

that includes people I know here and in Russia. Putin is
worrying and if you here to try and basically give us his

back. Stick to you truckers and the weather.

of the worst i saw the other day was a grad missile barrage

The absolute worst ones are the family being removed from an

I didn't know there were breakaway regions but doesn't
surprise me, I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to test
NATOS resolve to the limits, and enter the Baltic states, I
know NATO are obliged to protect those countries but maybe
Dobby is made enough to test their resolve, even a limited
invasion, he is clearly off his rocker now

there's a map of where the majority of troops are in ukraine
on the daily mail website, and most of them are along the
sea coast. the russians must have a plan. i've seen the pics
of the 40 mile long convoy headed for kyiv too. i think the
russians probably had a strategy of not going for civilians
at first, but they're going to drop that strategy pretty
soon if not already. lukashenko used the phrase "meat
grinder", which is a pretty good description of the future
10 years in europe.

none of the politicians on our side are preparing for the
kind of stateless warfare and civil wars that will follow.

i didnt know until checking youtube yesterday that around a
year and a half ago the usa started buying the f15 ex jet
too, much cheaper than an f35, no idea what the quality is
like
and the a10 has been upgraded as well with a new model
called the super a10

The logistics seem to have been a disaster for the Russians
at the moment, Tanks running out of fuel before they reach
their destination, tankers being targeted and blown up. I
think thats the best bet of the Ukrainians target the fuel
supply cos all those old Russian tanks have gas turbines for
engines and are really fuel intensive

They could do with some A10s they would be ideal for taking
out the convoys

Was saying to my mate last night the strategy so far by the
Russians seem like a disaster. probably because the generals
that surround Putin are put there cos they are loyalists and
sycophants rather than picked for their ability. Its like
they are fighting a war from the 1980s

syrian army had sycophants and loyalists in charge on the
ground at first, but they got killed pretty quickly and the
younger generation of battle hardened troops took control on
the ground.

putin is a pariah on our side of the world, but there are
billions of people in the world who see him standing up to
america and its allies and like it!

countries like Iran and China and all the -stans
Iraq and Libya

you cant believe the chinese government or anything they say
, all warfare is done by deception according to sun tzu. i
can see china staying out of it militarily but stoking the
flames of civil war in europe. it would be better for china
to make the white devils kill each other by pouring oil on
the fire, then taiwan will fall into their hands. then they
can enter europe as peacekeepers 10 years from now under UN
jurisdiction and legally in international law.

Yeah I've seen those people from traditionally marginalise
countries on the side of Putin. I can understand their
mentality, the west has never done anything good for most of
them, just raped their countries. However I don't think they
understand Putin would do exactly the same given half a
chance, he isn't their friend.

It's complicated and people are waving
Ukrainian flags like it's a sport and they're fans.

it was a bit complicated until putin stepped over the far
too many lines with his recent attack/invasion. I´ve gotten
around a lot of info about the history of the conlifct by
now. some online, some hours of past and present reports in
german tv. im still missing more details on the first days
of the seperatist conflict. even under the premise that
these sources may be biased or simplyfied i found they didnt
try to cover past mistakes by selynski the west or nato, but
unsurprisingly they didnt leave much room for me to give
putin any right to act as he does.

still, the way this escalates is truly frightening and i am
afraid all the sanctions to russia and weapon supply to
ukraine will misfire in a way the russian public would
mistake it. it feels like a situation where either we will
totally lose contact to the east or it will be putins
regimes downfall.
