blade runner final cut - 2/5

i couldn't help laughing at every other scene in the film.
didn't remember it being this cheesy. the set designs were
cool to see on a big screen, though.

my favourite part was how progressively taller the collars
got in the film.

interview (by buscemi) - 4/5 : although the dialogue
painfully bad from time to time (don't whether it was the
original dutch script, or a bad translation), the acting
more than made up for it.

House of Blood (aka. Chain Reaction) - 0/5... complete shit,
a monumentally bad piece of non-art and a violently
nauseating joke for a movie.

van gogh is so overrated, he was dutch, holland is a small
country, therefor what we make generally is sub-standard, or
crap

Theo Van Gogh? If you mean him I happily agree he was
worthless.

The Blob (1958) - 3/10 - Pure crap except admirable special
effects and the monster. Every minute of it is tiring.

4D Man (1959) - 8/10 - A certain Jack Harris of The Blob
fame also was involved, but the movie is just so much
better. The special effects are outstanding and even the
story holds well up to a certain point in the movie.

X-The Unknown (1956) - 7/10 - One of the first proofs that
Hollywood can take an idea and execute it much more clumsily
(The Blob).

Astro Zombies (1968) - 1/10 - Don't know what the fuck this
one was supposed to be. Painful to watch.

The Incredible Shrinking Man - 9/10 - It truly is a
classic.

The Blob (1988) - 7/10 - Great improvement over the
original. It's not just the 30 year progress in technology,
the remake is simply watchable and has at least some
suspense. Great ending, the director must have had some
issues with the Catholic church.

The Big Lebowski - 10/10 - I still can't find a weak point
in this one.

atonement - 3/5: it starts really girly. nothing too
devastating. then it adds some sex. always interesting. but
the second half is a complete bore. the second half should
have been told in 10 minutes instead of 1.5 hours of
meaningless wandering.

nah, vincent is my main man dawg

a simple plan 5/5

i was impressed by the development of jacob
the other characteres were great too
it's a bit an obvious statement but it reminds of fargo
alot, with colorful characteres for instance, and snow hehe.
it's kinda dark but it's what i expected that from ma man,
sam raimi
(i had seen it before and will again)

the guy slagging blade runner sounds like a rampant
homosexual now here are my new reviews thay are grate:

Alien - 8 Quadrapods out of a possible 10 quadroblasts -
still a scary and atmospheric beast.

Smokey and the bandit - 7 Moustaches out of a possible 12
beard trimmers - an enjoyable romp

Barbarella - 6 Pastries out of a possible 11 Chocolate cakes
- runs out of steam after a while but has some nice ideas. a
romp that is semi enjoyable

Terms of endearment - 3 Jerked Tears over 14 Snotty
Handkerchiefs - Well acted and held the attention but not a
very enjoyable romp

my head works funny. the faster the cuts the more docile my
headache was.

Pauline a la plage - 3.5/5 - Eric Rohmer is the master of
making the trivial interesting. Really enjoyable, i love the
way his films look, they are so pleasing to the eye. The
piano piece played while Pauline and Sylvain are dancing is
lovely.

Les nuits de la pleine lune - 3/5 - Louise got what she
deserved! And I knew I recognised Remi, he was the bad guy
in bad boys and he played in Joan of Arc and other movies.
Anyway, this movie is well worth it just for the dancing
scenes alone, incredible!

Extras season finale - 1 out of 100000 - unfamiliar with the
series and on this evidence not an enjoyable romp . 1 point
for the carphone warehouse bits

Star Wars - 46,0987 out of 50,09817 - An enjoyable romp set
in space

Mary Poppins - 5.9999986 out of 7.0927456 - an enjoyable
romp for all the family

The Shining (US version) - 9.634 out of 10.987 - Gets better
and scarier with each viewing. Best enjoyed on headphones in
the dark for maximum rompage + terror.

tyhe poppins review is definetly more scarier as the extras
review was completely just and accurate in its summation of
said television films lack of merit and, crucially for a
supposed comedy show, lack of laughs and annoyingly preachy
tone.Thankyou.

I Am Legend - 3/10 - Huge disappointment.
Plan 9 From Outer Space - 4/10 - 'Worst film ever made' was
actually quite funny in places.
30 Days Of Night - 5/10 - Completely average.
No Country For Old Men - 8/10 - Superb. Even the ending was
satisfying in my opinion.
Joshua - 8/10 - Again, superb. I had a poo in my pants.
Cellular - 3/10 - No.
Godzilla Vs. Destroyah - 4/10 - Not awful just dull.
The Secret Window - 6/10 - Entertaining while it lasted.
The Negotiator - 7/10 - Actually pretty decent.
Shoot Em Up - 6/10 - Lactating Monica Belucci is hot.
Training Day - 7/10 - Good!
The Illusionist - 4/10 - Meh.
Supersnooper - ?/10 - I couldn't work out what the fuck was

Clerks - 3/4
This movie is soo 1994. Have you ever been a store clerk or
played roller hockey? I have. Like most Kevin Smith
movies, there's lots of wooden dialogue and good intentions.
I'm glad I watched it, if only to stop the hordes of
people(!) always telling me to watch it.

No Country for Old Men - 4/5
An Advenure Movie.. How far would you go to keep two
million dollars in your grips? I'd kill at least two
people. This movie kept my attention all the way through
and left me wanting more; good stuff.
