Zatoichi -Blind Swordsman - 3.5/5 - Slow at times, but the
fights are quick, bloody, and beautiful.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - 4.5/5 One of the
best relationship/mind fuck movies ever. Name is too long
though.

Bladerunner Director's Cut- 4/5 Inspiration for Manga

Neverending Story 5/5 Greatest kids movie ever. Doesn't
condesend. Has a nihilsitc wolf for goodness sakes!

I used to think The Neverending Story was fantastic until I
saw it for the first time as an adult a few years ago and
realised that in truth, it's utter shite.

Still, Wolfgang Petersen has done bigger and better things,
so I can forgive him.

Utter shite? Goonies, yes. Streetfighter 2 anime, yes.
Neverending story, never! It's a great movie, FOR KIDS.

garden state - 5/5 fuckin great movie. very funny at times,
moving at times, and some of the most surreal things going
on, but when youre watching the movie it all seems to be
sensible. i want to hug natalie portman so bad.

pi - 5/5 - i know alot of people have said this was subpar
but i loves it. the whole idea of the movie seemed to fit
together so well, my favorite kind of cinematography
(loooooooove high contrast anything) the plot was great,
although im still trying to figure out the whole
significance of the ants, everything else i think i have
figured out.

hero - 2/5

looked good, but it kinda sucked except for the visuals
Quentin Tarantino lent his name to the production, which
confused me and caused me to go see the movie. damn it

"Quentin Tarantino lent his name to the production"

he had absolutely nothing to do with the production, just
the marketing.

Barry Lyndon - 6/10

An average movie, but it's very well made. It would be hard
to tell what time period it was produced in, very good job
with the setting, costumes, etc.
