Fursaxa- Madrigals in Duos and Converter- Exit Ritual, for
me. Both are a little bit on the evil side... scary
folkdrone and scary dark ambient respectively.

And I have to give Smile some kudos even though I'll never
warm up to that worn voice... sorry, Leaky. It was still
worthy.

It's Interpol: Antics or Mr76ix: Hits of 76ix or Secret
Frequency Crew: Forest of The Echo Downs. There are probably
more, but I can't think of any.

Also, best ep: Venus #17

Yo.

Everything else has been reissues or new compilations of
artists that has passed away...Ok, I bought Annie's
"bubbelgum"-single as well...

What a crappy year in new music!

i would have to say Huge Chrome Cylinder Box Unfolding by
Venetian Snares. The theme and general feel of the album is
genuine (which is Aarons specialty every 5 albums or so)

'Quixotic' by Martina Topley-Bird would have entered my
"very good" list, but it's 2003 - it's worth noticing
though, because the USA version (called 'Anything') has been
released in 2004... (and has less tracks, in a different
order, for some unknown stupid reason - i recommend Quixotic
instead if you can find it, of course...)

My favorite record of the year is Novamen's We Love, out on
Viewlexx in March.

Also liked Uh Huh Her from PJ Harvey.

And word on the street says that Push Button Objects is
going to have a 12 on Skam before the year's over. We'll
see!
