someone said that it would be nothing more than a remix of
"guantanamera" with all of pink floyd on the bass. Also, a
philharmonic orchestra would sing the drums.

I am sure they will loose half their fanbase with this one
as with any other one of their releases.

"The nine-track album continues in the same vein of dark
experimentalism that fans of Autechre have come to know over
their 10-year techno tenure, a Warp spokesperson said"

RIGHT

[sarcasm]oh god, i'm dying to know what it sounds
like[/sarcasm]

Funnything is, i think its easier to guess what AE will do
than it is to guess what AFX will do. I base this info on
their last 4 albums only though.

I predict it will be titled "bad wrestler" and there will be
an overwhelming smell of wrestlers saturating the insert and
listening to it will cause wrestlers to mate with chairs.

it's nice to see that this and analord are bringing some old
members out of hiding.

2005 will be one of the most memorable years for electronic
blips and bleeps (at least if the new boards of canada also
drops).

i am not excited. it confuses me :o

i sold my confield some time ago and have not gotten draft
at all ....

maybe i am moving on to artists whose name starts with
something else than a. like m or l or b.

for the fact that I'd start yawning through lack of oxygen.
However the notion is there.

alls I want is an ambient autechre album.

they are so good at it, with thier sounds and subtle
melodies... an entire album of sinister, epic, amazing
ambient autechre music would be the best release of the
first 1/10th of the century...

...maybe.
