This is the most interesting thing to occur in IDM history.
Normal folk seem to be interested in what BOC are doing we
may even get some girls joining xlt...

For codes so far...

5-1-9-2-2-5
6-9-9-7-4-2
7-1-7-2-2-8
9-3-6-5-5-7

is there a math geek who can make sense of this yet?

I'd wait for all the numbers to be announced before
attempting to decipher it. They don't seem to bear any
relation right now apart from the 6 thing. And that each row
has 2 common numbers next to each other..

as real as some 20 sec. vinyls send by warp to record shops

the cost of pressing a master for vinyl is like 500e,
so they just spend a large amount just for this promo
thing...

Lathing records is another way they could do it. For a run
of 6, that you want to be more like a 'proper' release than
a dubplate, it's probably the most economical solution.

You get get complete vinyl lathe setups for about $5000 now,
so in today's world of very limited runs being relatively
commonplace, I'm surprised they aren't more popular.

half interesting came up:

to add a note. true pioneers.

Do you reckon they have done 2 or 3 of each record? You
know, just so that the person who finds the last one doesn't
refuse to share the numbers and instead sticks it on ebay at
£10,000 starting bid.

they aired an advert on the cartoon network for adult swim..
it's funny how skeptical everyone was at the beginning and
now we are all biting our nails in anticipation.

Band or not, no point in hating on them for reviving the
nostalgia.

I'll just wait until the album drops, I couldn't possibly
have any more least interest in these cryptic shenanigans.
It really seems like the marketing people at Warp read what
BOC fanbase writes online and went nuts with it.

else than the track titles of a 6 track album called cosecha

hehe good point

they could as well have released ''magic window'' last year
as a special limited 10th anniversary 12'' edition with
spots of their semen on each copy and laugh their way to the
bank

wait, no. that's not like them. that's what rdj would do.

or would have done when he was younger

note they made it too hard and the fans were all too stoned
to solve it. i think only autechre could get away with
asking its fans to do something like add a pair of numbers
together

"That was a ploy done by EMI WARP. They had a man
