I just woke up, looked in this thread and missed the first pic. To say I was confused when I saw my new look in Jivver's pic is an understatement! I still can't believe we were right at the front for plaid and afx, I thought we were fucked for sure when I looked at the gig from the balcony... |

UK crowds are always non-movers. Its kinda lame. Everyone just stands there watching, no-one moves, cept the pill heads, but they move whether theres music playing or not. haha. |

London crowds are allways rubbish, most capital cities are, they're too affraid to be seen to be enjoying something that isn't 'cool'. Most of the UK can enjoy good music. |

He he, I was dancing earlier on before I met up with you... I think it was when I was just with skink and chris b. I was dancing on the balcony as well before security made me sit down (I don't know whether they thought I was going to fall over a 5 ft barrier or what!) |

it was quite good but not a patch on the lighthouse party, there really were too many people there, no room to move especially with all the fat guys on pills falling around. vibert and aphex were very good tho most people were dead by the time aphex got on cos vibert gave us the full rinse :) jamie lidell changed my opinion of him by really pushing it, such a strong voice although the backing seemed a little stale pissed that jimmy edgar pulled out but i am sure he will be back. plaid was a bit boring for the first few tracks until the made it a bit more electro/breaky and the visuals warmed up (iraq and sniper stuff was really cool) a really good night but too crowded. b.t.w. i was the guy dancing reall weirdly in a black and yellow 70's t-shirt and an orange hoody tied round my waist. bo |

It's a bit hard to say really as it appears people went but didn't say on here: me, ceri, jar, pOgO, murray, skink, telica and jingle for sure but I don't know who else. |

Yes, I think part of the weakness was the venue/capacity. I'd far rather see that sort of setup in a 500-1000 capacity place. |
