Even though there were some boring sections, this has been the night of my life. Dj Aphex was amazing, doing a mixture of crazy noisy stuff and catchy drum and bass. I liked what I heard from Plaid, and everything else was cool too! The crowd could have been a little more responsive though..I don't mean moshing or ridiculous stuff like that, just more jumping and movement, or something. Hope you all had fun there! I know I did. |

If can ever make it again, do. It was also amazing value...£15, and it was long, high quality, and cut no corners! Plus, some of the videos were done live to the improvised music..amazing stuff. |

I thought it was great, best night of my life. Met: Jamie Liddel, Aphex Twin, Luke Vibert, Squarepusher Had a chat with: Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Luke Vibert Got my ticket signed by: Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Luke Vibert Gave my e-mail to: Aphex Twin Jimmy Edgar - he had alot of technical diffculties, the first stuff he played at the start was absolutely great. It was such a shame as i really wanted to hear him. But what i heard was fantastic. Jamie Liddel - Brilliant, i really loved what he was playing, good stuff to dance to and he had some stage presence. Visuals were kinda odd but none-the-less fantastic. I shook his hand and he was glad i enjoyed it. Luke Vibert - I wasn't aware he was playing because he was all the way overthe other side of the venue where Aphex would DJ later, but what i did hear from his set was brilliant. Alot of the Xltronic peeps i met there danced to that. Plaid - Very good, visuals were great, especially that camera that was mounted onto their equipment. Best part was deffinatley hearing 'New Family' and watching the video at the same time. Really good hard stuff, again alot of the Xltronic people jammed to that. Afx - Great mix of noise and mental drum & Bass, drill n' bass and just granular synthesis. Proper bo night out i tell thee |

I had a good time, I personally thought Plaid and Afx were almost deliberately under par but decent anyway. Being close enough to RDJ to pick his nose throughout his set was cool as well :) |

Oh good :) im glad i wasn't the only one Weird crowd at times i though. Some quite good dancers that got up on stage. There was a guy that kept saying to Packman (my friend) 'Oh your still here then' :s There was this Japanese guy who was WAY too excited and came up to me and said 'Trust me' and kept offering me water. But i can shut up, me and Packman offered french toast to most of the people at the front of the stage. |
