is this really good comparing to the rest of richards music? I mean... people pay lots for this and well, I find it rather funny but nothing more... I dont think it is good at all... and still I want it... I am sick |

i don't like the music either actually, and still i soooooo want to get it. it's just because it's by rdj i think, else i wouldn't give it any attention. same reason with smojphace, if that wasn't by afx, i never would have bought it |

I love it, its one of the best songs hes ever done! So funky and catchy, none of that stupid emotion getting in the way, just really good tunes, all crammed into one track. And that ghost mix is nice too. |

it does make sense. you have all played pac-man(?). Rdj has played it. His appreciation for the game is symbolized through the song, and through that, your experience with the game gets bumped up, and you want it. i love the song, goddamnit! |

probably the more commercial release by Richard D. James i think R2D2 was another commercial track by Caustic Window really similiar to Powerpill style. It could seems strange but RDJ had a commercial period too |

i actually traded for it is what happened. i found some crazy guy on IDM list selling a Jega SKA006 for $30 and a Bola 1 for $30 so i grabbed them both up. i had a SKA006 already so i traded that $30 one for the Power-Pill CD and i, at some point ended up trading the Bola 1 for a Mask 400. its a confusing story. |

I just want the 7" vinyl. It's got a different mix of one of the tracks. So does the Cassette. Just find someone who owns it and have them give you a nice cd-r or lossless copy of some kind. Mp3's are bad. |

I just found this at the record store, mint condition for $1.99+Taxes. Yes I was absolutely amazed, looking through the pile of crap o'la techno stuff, and the little slimlime case was three from the bottom :) Yes, I found a gem. I didnt rub it im Josh's face on how much it cost, just gave him a few dollars and smiled on the inside. Has anybody seen it on ebay in 2006 or 2007? Just wondering.... |

my story goes; the first reason i ever got my own email address was so that i could buy a 12" copy of Power-Pill online from this dude that i had seen selling it from school internet. funny now he goes by Xixxy on GEMM, which was an alternate take on "Diddy" which was short for "Baby Diddy", long before the existance of any P Diddy or Sean Puffy Duty or whatever his name is. buy that time he had sold it and i was out of luck but still had set up the email which i was cool and i used to subscribe to the IDM mailing list. later...around '97 or something, i found a shop that had 5 copies of HAB in it for regular price so i bought them all. few years went by and i ran into the guy again online hawking the Power-Pill CD which i was like "oh even better." He'd been after an HAB for years and just never gotten one, so i just straight up traded him one and i've still got the CD. noice. music is a little whatever, but i knew that going in and i still love it. its cool cause it's Richard's major label debut. same label that put out Mark Pritchard's Roobarb & Custard rave classic under the Shaft project name. |
