The contest is now officially closed. Do not send me
more contributions. If you have questions, don't hesitate to
contact me. Confirmations will be sent out later on
as all the tracks are being sorted at this very moment.

Thank you for all your entries! It's been an overhelming
response to the contest and we're really looking foward to
check out all the mixes....!

btw, I will prolly get fired from work due to this
contest.... MUHAHAHA :-/

sorry if this has already been pointed out, but will Ae be

i have a question: what if, hypothetically, i do not end up
getting a confirmation, after i know i uploaded my tracks
and it turns out something screwed up and you never received
my tracks? (yes i know the confirmations have not been sent
out to everyone yet)

if that happens does it just suck to be me? or is it
possible to send in a late submission?

smooth. ;)

how's Augsburg? .. shit i wish i was in europe sometimes.

Anyway .. keeping this on topic. What is the deal with the
Ae nominated track possibly appearing on a remix compilation
- does this mean that regardless we can expect an Ae remix
comp? Sorry if its already been answered, but the Ae thread
is quite mammoth

based?

I was informed to send my remix to jand@xltronic.com as the
Phobiazero mailbox was full.

Not to long after I sent it, my computer crashed and the
hard drive spazzed, losing all my data!

I'm hoping the copy sent to jand is valid for competition
entry as it's now the only copy that exists :(

It will be gutting if it cant be entered as I spent ages on
it.

offline w M w from London (United Kingdom) on 2003-04-26 22:55 [#00671595]
Points: 21456 Status: Regular

Uh oh... you sent it to "jand"?? Jand is a malicious piece
of intelligent chat bot software someone created. It claims
many naive victims by requesting files, which it simply then
erases and makes a copy of itself in it's place.

pfft.

fanboys.

the act of worshipping men as thought they aren't just like
you and me is altogether what holds you back.

not talent.
not genius.
not intellect.

it is not possible for me and the vast majority of other
twats with free software to make the sounds of, say, ep7. no
one is just like anyone else. they for example are
unique because of their ability to create such conscious
altering sounds. I wrote it jokingly, but they really are
very special in my opinion.

yes, they are quite talented.

but there must be some other way of acknowledging it other
than belittling others.

im not saying you are doing this, but it's an everyday
thing... this whole "ae are gods" thing. and i can see why
people come on bashing them. it gets old after awhile. i'm
sure they would wholeheartedly agree.

i would get sick of people always telling me i was a genius,
too.
