I think I wouldn't go further then $106

I wouldn't spend more than £10, unless it was just to sell
it on. I really don't rate that release and I don't collect
for the sake of it.

I wouldn't pay much for it. The most i've spent on a record
is £30 for an original Prince Buster album. Worth every
penny!

Soulseek is a P2P file sharing program more or less
specialized in electronic music. Yo can find some rare stuff
there as well as "regular" IDM (AFX, Autechre, BoC etc....).
Download it from www.slsk.org

I've not heard it, but I've seen it about for £18 (12").
Personally I'd prefer a reissue of the CD version, but I
could think of a lot more releases I'd like to see repressed
(HAB for one).

it's not even for the tracks (i agree they're quite
mediocre) just for the sake of collecting.. owning it you
know

you think that $1795 for AB5 was paid just for the tracks :)
nooo, most of all for just owning such a rarity, i think

well at the back of the cardboard (it doesn't even come in a
plactic CD-s jewelcase) at the bottom it says:

"The Designers Republic...naturally"

But I agree that they didn't really do their best :) (same
with e.g. 'Anti EP')

"...owning it you know"

Yeah i know how that feels :-) I've got a shelf full of
stuff that i don't actually listen to at all, but i just had
to have it.

Sometimes i think i'm crazy, because basically they just sit
there gathering dust... but then other times im just sooo
happy, and i feel pretty special for owning such rare
releases :-p
And i think of all the other people out there who would kill
for that cd/lp, but can't find it... and i've got it on my
shelf and yeah.... that gives me a sort of sadistical
pleasure >:)

everything over the normal market price is crazy...
you only gotta be patient,
i found digeridoo, ab4, (vinyl) and much more old stuff on a
german record site,
which i found with pure luck...
i ordered some instantly, for example
cylob - living in thr 80´s
they have many old squarepusher too,
and normal prices, which is expensive enough btw...
a-musik.com is the place
no gak, sorry
damn, if i had more money, i´d buy the whole place...

I'd pay about $20 for the CD because it's rare and not
likely to be re-released.

I already found it for $1 in a bargain bin, though.
