were three bears. Puppy Bear...Happy Bear..." and then
something else i can't figure out

pretend it says anything really, I mean with all of the
samples....

like the sequence one around the 5 min mark.....

something like ....... I am making the sound and the
mysterious sequence...... or something...

ive got to agree it sounds like goldilocks to me.but that
really fat sound at the end liek in the last 1min sounds
like some kind of synth overdrive guitar, that what makes 54
a great song, cos first time i listened after hearing
goldilocks i didnt expect that at the end of the song!

i love the final beats, they affect the backside of my head
(i cant express it properly, but its an extrange sensation
only produced by these beats...)

ah yes. the beats that sound like a million computers
colliding and then piling on top of one another. that gets
me every time.

I freaked out the Band Camp bus playing that. It was great
to see all these people just staring at the overhead
speakers with a "What the fuck?" expression on their faces.

the ending chaos is orgasmatic!
truely euphoric.

heh. i was at my health club and i was listening to that on
headphones, but i had the volume on all the way, and so when
the end chaos came on, the people next to me could hear it
at normal volume. it was hilarious. people actually got off
of treadmills and moved away from me, and some old guy gave
me the stinkeye. i just nodded and replayed the song.

"fluffy beard?, fluffy beard!" in a cornish computer voice.
it is probably in cornish anyway :) my brother is of the
opinion that it says "sounds silly in sequence" but i think
it says "sirius sequence" dunno tho, anyone got a decent
answer?

offline xlr from Boston (United States) on 2002-10-10 18:22 [#00399369]

i think it might be "s-s-switching sounds to me a
sequence...the switching sounds to me a sequence"

(gibberish i know, but that's all i can get).

a health club is a place where you maintain your physical
health, ie. a gym. a lot of assholes hang out at health
clubs, especially really gay guys who try to conceal their
true feelings with acts of heroic strength, such as bench
pressing.
so its fun to piss these people off with weird music.

"im am switching sound 3(sometimes 3rd) to sequence"

its gibberish for sure, i can only make out 2 words in that
sentence, "sequence, computer"

Richard should have cut out all the drums and synths just
for a second and then make the voice clearer and easy to
understand.

That's actually a cool idea Toejam...but it would take all
the mysteriousness away from the track and we would not be
able to start topics like this

L motherfucking OL! after reading of this talk about bears I
listened to the song again and it's extremely funny now.
okay, I guess it's when he says "baby beeeaaaarrr"...like
right before the wacky bassy craziness when the thrashy
snares come in...the pitch of the voice goes up in the
distance and it kind of sounds he's going "Weeeeee!!!" but
from far away hahahahahaahahliflpzwsijhtz-esio0
