If you've got the vinyl you should try it on 33 instead of
45, it FUCKING KICKS ARSE.

the melody at 2:30 on track 2 is tops
so warm
sun rising.

i can't believe how long it continues in the track too (you
just can't hear it)

I think that melody is more like the sun setting, actually.

nacmat: the rushup vinyl sounds incredible.

diablo: nope, same tracks. obviously they just sound a
fuckload better quality-wise (not being 192br mp3 and all).

I'll have to buy it. I love Karen's work. (plus she's quite
fit as well)

I think it's shit. If it wasn't Aphex, most of you would
think so too.

you're talking about the tuss?

i doubt it.

we've been creaming over 3 of these tracks for 2 years now
(from aphex sets).

fregugolon 6 is my fav tuss track by FAR. the sounds are so
crisp, clear, out of this world.

nailik: wrong.

Hell, I wish it WASN'T RDJ... then we would have another
amazing artist to fawn over (and future releases to look
forward to). But as someone said, once again we've gotta
rely on ol dicky james to deliver the tits.

So the tuss is more people than just richard? Honestly, I
tried for a few days to figure it out but the whole thing is
so shrouded by mystery and fuckwittery (what with all the
fake myspace pages and such), that I just kind of gave up.
Can someone link me to a page with samples of the ACTUAL
songs, please?

Well, it doesn't "matter" in terms of say, the world blowing
up. But I'm allowed to be curious. :D Anyway, I'm asking
because I liked analord but not enough to buy it and I'd
like to hear the Tuss before investing in that as well.

That's kind of you, mate. I'll just have to deal with crappy
samples and risk buying the album. Ah well, even buying a
questionable RDJ album is still better than buying 99% of
other music before hearing it.

Tracks @ 33rpm? Elusive?

offline elusive from detroit (United States) on 2007-07-05 23:49 [#02100114]
Points: 18368 Status: Lurker | Show recordbag

i got a copy @ 33 from so-and-so.

not quite as rewarding as drukqs, but death fuck obviously
has the appeal.

it's quite amazing how dense that track is.

i have it memorized at speed, but for some strange
reason...listening to it at 33, i can't follow it ?!

drukqs slowed down i can follow everything just fine, but
death-fuck plays some weird trick on my head (for the first
few minuntes , anyways) ...
