xltronic βeta search

a small preview of the upcoming (incredible fast) search
engine report bugs. please ignore the current minimalstic
look (the final search is of course fully integrated into
xltv2's new layout), but report any weird bugs and stuff.

it's fast init?

as you notice you will the results are delivered in
message-form, not topic-form...

good stuff, keyword highlighting in the results would be
nice, but this is looking great.

redrum: highlighting. no problem, actually it was there a
few days ago, but was removed for a particular reason (ask
tunemx).

i like this feature alot. especially how it has an excerpt
and who said it. many times i'll vaguely remember a thread
but i'll remember someone who posted in it.

yowza! that's fast.. I like it. I couldn't find what I was
looking for (a funny quote by BILE, remember him?), but I've
been looking for it for probably years now and by this time
I'm convinced it never even happened. regardless, great
fast search!

ah, thanks for looking Phob, although it was actually some
really mundane post in a thread about music recommendations.
He said something like 'may I recommend BILE?'. for some
reason it just struck me as endlessly funny since that was
also his xlt alias.

sseta

as no clear answer (as far as I've read) has ever been
given, will now ask again: will it be possible to have
another box where you can write someones username and then
you can search only that persons posts/topics? Quite
often I remember who made the topic more than I remember the
topic title...
