A Barca - Arsenal final.

Overall winner I couldn't say, but it would be an
interesting final.

i would cheer for barca if that happens..probably. unless
they appear to strong, then i normally cheer for the weaker
team :)

lucky they didn't get a penalty.

real madrid and milan are most pretentious teams of the
planet

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2006-04-20 03:50 [#01882945]
Points: 50073 Status: Moderator

yes, but real have every right to be pretentioius since they
were all the best football players at the time. and barca is
just a bunch of youngsters..and i never saw real players do
any of those silly dances when they score, or acting like
monkeys, rubbing each others chest, pulling each others
dicks,...

the dream is over for villareal

my heart is with them... they did great... but arsenal had a
good match in highbury

now milan... please ...

arsenal were nervous and played poorly but they did enough.
villareal didnt deserve that penalty and as much as i
dislike lehmann with a passion im glad he saved it.

Points: 31271 Status: Lurker | Followup to earthleakage: #01886936

it wasnt a penalty really... football was fair this time...
but it was cruel for villareal to have the chance and miss
it like that...

its still heroical for such a small team to get to the best
4 of the continent

the most beautiful and technical soccer in the world. it'll

OKAY maybe its just me, but: what kind of self-respecting
team with any intention of getting anywhere in the world cup
fixates so much on the coach that they are going to hire
after the world cup?

does the term "lame duck" not mean anything to the soccer
world? seriously. does england even intend to try to break
this streak of not-so-great showings?

honestly i don't undertsand why referee stopped the action
first of shevchenko's goal.

anyway i'm an anti-milan, so i say "visca barça!"

stupid or is this common practice?

that's always a big thing..a good coach is important in such
team i guess when there's so many good players. they all
have big egos and need someone to put them on the ground. if
they were all buddies they wouldn't even need a coach, but
they're all rivals.. it's silly but that's how it is :)
