I am so glad that stinky Chelsea lost tonight. The only time
I've had my fingers crossed for the opposition.

Now all I want is for Liverpool to go through (is still
possible) and Arsenal to kick Real Madrid's butt.

chelsea is a good team, but mourinho makes me loose all
respect for them

anyway, I dont understand why duff played instead of
gudjohnsen, who I think is a lot better

and that penalty was made up.

mourinho during an interview with italian tv said chelsea
lost beacause the referee of 1st match (refering to del
horno situation)

The ref from the first match, was of course from Norway, and
did a pretty poor job. But Barca was the best team in both
matches, and Ronaldinho is giving me an erection with his
sexy moves. Tonight I'm hoping that Milan can give me the
same. FORCA ROSSONERI (or something)

I'm glad Lyon won cuz my friend bet 400€ on them on an
internet site. He might only win 450€ though...

i take you haven't seen the match last night..they had like
86 chances to score but the ball just wouldn't go in..same
goes for arsenal. that was some exciting football! :)

teams I would like for barça:

ajax - if they pass (but its most probable that inter will,
and I dont want inter)

benfica

arsenal

lyon

teams I wouldnt want for this round:

juve
milan
inter
villareal (its not as strong as others but being spanish
makes it a bit strange)

offline WooferAttack from Milano (Italy) on 2006-03-10 06:39 [#01856770]
Points: 12920 Status: Lurker

1) Arsenal - Juventus

2) Lyon - AC Milan

3) Inter/Ajax – Villareal

4) Benfica – Barcelona

offline WooferAttack from Milano (Italy) on 2006-03-10 06:43 [#01856774]
Points: 12920 Status: Lurker

ARSENAL - JUVENTUS... this is a match!

Henry meet Trezeguet, Ljungberg meet Ibrahimovic

My bet:

Arsena - Juve ------------> Juve
Lyon - AC Milan ----------> Lyon
Inter/Ajax – Villareal ----> Ajax
Benfica – Barcelona -----> Barça

juve has quality for that, but its difficult, arsenal seem
to be growing as a team in europe finally

I am afraid of benfica now... they managed to keep the 0-0
at home and now any tie would leave us at home... dangerous

offline WooferAttack from Milano (Italy) on 2006-03-30 05:49 [#01869471]
Points: 12920 Status: Lurker | Followup to nacmat: #01869421

don't be worry about benfica... here my bets

barça-benfica=2-0 (barça)
juve-arsenal=1-1 (arsenal)
villareal-inter=0-0 (inter)
milan-lyon=3-1 (milan)

offline WooferAttack from Milano (Italy) on 2006-03-30 05:50 [#01869472]
Points: 12920 Status: Lurker

btw: in the last period juve is slow and totally out of
condition with tired players then vieira, zebina and
probably delpiero will miss the match. ALSO FOR THIS
CHAMPION'S LEAGUE EDITION... JUVE... GAME OVER.

real madrid will win though.

can't wait for this saturday when real is going to win barca
2-0!

yeah it could happen, barça is thinking in the champions
league, and the spanish league is already won (11 points
ahead and only 24 left), so motivation is higher for
madrid... its not an important match for barcelona really
(apart from the usual rivalry)

offline tolstoyed from the ocean on 2006-03-30 10:18 [#01869587]

"(apart from the usual rivalry)"

hardly noticable that :)

anyway in this kind of games, between such rivals, you never
know what can happen

its like a liverpool-manchester, juve - milan, boca -
river...

this is the best football can give! such a great rivalry,
shame ref was interfering too much, and luckly for real
larsson is a bit shit :)
great goal by ronaldo!

it appears so. i was quite happy with what real showed
though. with a new good forward (zidane is not in top form
anymore) they could improve a lot as the rest of the field
is pretty strong. and beckham could be replaced as well :)

my guess: zlatan ibrahimovic to real madrid this summer
(they will trade him for money+cassano).

i hope not!! that would probably make me not like real
anymore.. they could get adriano for example, that would be
ace :)

inthere, i hope juve won't let him go..i'd be extremly
disappointed if i got to know real was even interested in
him..im very hardcore when it comes to stuff like that, yes
:)
