I would vote Liberal Democrat if I was in the UK.

Did you see the mess the other two left?

the two main parties are shit. but labour are the lesser of
evils. libs dont stand a chance. i will vote Labour, even
though they piss me off. my local mp (lab) is actually
really good though, and is protested agaisnt iraq. and i'm
in a marginal constituency where tory scum might come back
in.

They're all fucking cunts.

I wish there was a box that said []None.

I'd tick that.

actually if you dont want to vote, tick all the boxes so
your vote is void but still counted. speak out at your
angst.

strengthen them and make a shift away from this 2 party
bollocks. whats the choice at the minute? lying cunt or
cunt?! fucking hell.

it's thinking like that that just strengthens the mentality
that there's only 2 parties running. i wouldn't care about
voting for someone that isn't going to win. i'd be using my
vote to strengthen the weaker 3rd party which i think would
make the current political arena much healthier.

that's a stupid reason, pandaman.. really..

as i_x_ten says, you should spoil your vote.

if you don't vote, your vote isn't counted, if you spoil
your vote, your vote and voice is heard. there have been
elections in which the majority of votes have been spoiled.
that gets a message across well and fucking truly good.

the same way voting for labour is "effectively" a vote for
michael howard?

Points: 27795 Status: Regular

how anyone can vote for howard or blair is beyond my
comprehension. well actually it's not. it's a slick
brainwahing technique which has been cleverly built up
building to a climax over the last 4 weeks using several
well known techniques. if you can't see through them yo
really shouldn't be allowed to vote at all. unfortunately it
is exactly WHY these techniques have been used, i.e.,
appealing to the average braindead semi-literate tv watcher
who thinks they know "just a little bit more" than the
average joe, but in fact they ARE the average joe.

i even spotted kennedy at it last week, using his slick
meaningless soundbites and bullshit propaganda, playing the
most basic and simple premises against the other 2. for me
it's not even worth debating with people i know, and even
less so on a forum like this.

I'd vote Labour but my local MP is a complete buffoon. Plus
Tony Bliar...

Tories are unthinkable.

Lib Dems are fence sitters

SNP are too right-wing

Scottish Socialists are neds. Karl Marx would cringe if he
saw them.

Greens- Goody goody vegans with Arran sweaters and pale
complexions.

Looks like I'm on to plums when it comes to the old voting
carry on.

I would vote for labour. This would be a purely tactical
vote as voting for lib dems would raise the chances of
conservatives coming in power, which is something I really
wouldn't want.

What's your opinion then? I'd love to see you justify why
immigration and "jippos", as you so finely put it, need to
be "stopped."

Stopped from doing what? The BNP would pretty much like them
to "stop" living. About how much i'd like you to "stop"
living, i think.

I've known a people from travellers' communities over the
course of the past 4 years or so, and most of them are sick
to the back teeth of the lazy, gross stereotyping they get
every single fucking day of their lives. They're not
thieves, or lazy, or dirty, and they don't do a single bit
of harm. I don't think the majority of travellers do.
They're people, not "jippos".

Do you know any illegal immigrants? How do you
ascertain their legal status? With a big burning cross, by
any chance? The BNP policy is that all immigrants AND THEIR
DESCENDENTS should be "encouraged", firmly but fairly, to
leave the UK. That's everyone who hasn't got white
skin. And without any reference to the legality of
immigration or not.

Can you understand how that would be perceived as racist?
Can you get that all the way into the piece of carpet fluff
you call a brain? Good, because i think you need to weigh up
some of the unmitigated toss you're spouting.

You are a shit-flinging moron incapable of forming even the
most primitive fart of a thought.

I shan't bother with the first section of your awfully
well-thought out and well quoted argument, except to
say that i don't know your dad, i haven't been to any of his
building sites, but i'm sure he has a lot of problems with
those Pesky Jippos. I count myself lucky not to have
encountered any of these unsavoury sorts.

Secondly, the BNP don't care whether someone has come into
the country by fair means or foul, they still want them out
as soon as possible. Personally i think the UK immigration
service is heartless as it is, but that's not even relevant
to my point.

The BNP are not a party opposing illegal immigration,
they're a party opposing immigration as a whole.
Think about that. Have you even read up on any of their
policies, or just shoved your copy of the sport down the
back of the bus seat and carried on picking your nose?

So what, let's ignore what they actually stand for?

I'd guess that under BNP, illegal immigration would increase
(as all immigrantion would become fucking illegal). And you
may not have noticed but the other parties aren't exactly
*pro* illegal immigration either, the difference is they
aren't prepared to refuse people whose lives are in danger
into the UK in order to stop it, unlike your guys. Your
logic is
