ask a question,.. hoprfully you'll get an answer, I'll go
first:

3 questions

1. how do they mount/dismount, and transport those large
cranes they use to build skyscrapers?,.. I can't possibly
think how they get those large motherfuckers up

2. what the hell is the technical meaning for "avant garde",
what does this word mean?

3. If metallica rocks does britney spears pop?

1. there's a button that makes them float in the air as
light as a hummingbird
2. it means "any art you wouldn't understand"
3. she pops when metallica rocks her

1. I assume they build them from the bottom up, but I can't
picture one right now...
2. It means adventurous and off-beat I guess.
3. No.

My question....

1. Is Titsworth funny?

:)

avant garde means "before the rest" - it is supposedly when
something is said to be "too early for its time", in other
words, something that potentially can change views on art,
on how its percieved.

1: They kind of flat pack them in a way. They are fucking
huge still when packed up but they kind of fold into them
selves really.

My question:

Why can you buy a Mars Bar light in Australia but not here?

Also.. What's the point in Diet Red Bull?

Shit I wasn't expecting that many replies, my post was
self-aware and downright cliché.

Another: What the fuck is the point on going on holiday on
the English coast? It's absolutely horrible. If people need
a 'break' so bad and can't afford a holiday abroad, why
don't they just buy a KitKat?

longshot...

does anyone know where I can download the music used in the
old star control 2 game?

offline uzim on 2003-07-10 12:30 [#00773252]
Points: 17716 Status: Lurker

good point darius!

but, playing a kitkat makes your hands dirty with the
chocolate after awhile (especially if the weather is hot), a
video game doesn't (unless the paddle is dirty); and
listening to a kitkat barely lasts a fraction of a second
(when you break it, *crack*)...

*gets an astonishingly amazing brillant idea*

any musicmaker here wants to make a song off a kitkat? =)

Some of the music in the port is remade, some is from the
original, I think.

I have always wondered the same thing about those huge
cranes. do they use another crane to put them up? if so,
what do they use to put up that crane? probably another
crane.

i got a question,
where are all the baby crows?
all the crows i ever see are the same size. do they wait
till they are full size before leaving the nest? where the
hell are the nests? i see a lot of crows but i've never
seen a nest. i've never even seen a dead crow. are they
immortal?

are there really such thing as eskimos? it seems
rediculously ineffecient to live in an ice house and eat
nothing but raw seal. how do they poop? they must be
horribly constipated on a sealmeat-only diet. where do they
poop? with constant sub-zero temperatures, how does the
poop ever bio-degrade? why aren't there mountains of eskimo
poop up at the north pole?

counterbalancing the blocks when the crane has no load?

if you ever see rabbits run over (mainly baby rabbits)
its because crows scare them into the road so they get run
over and can be eaten (by the crows)

i can answer your second question.

i take it you've never been to the arctic? ;)

well, i've seen plenty of Eskimos where i live. however
they're more commonly known as (Alaska) Natives here. most
of them do NOT live in igloos, contrary to stereotype, they
live in villages all around Alaska. many of them have
adopted the Western lifestyle.

it is true that many eat seals, as they also hunt caribou
and moose. they fish a lot.

some of the Native clans i know of include Athabascans,
Tlingits, Inupiaaq, Yu'pik, and Chu'pik.

The Inuit are the aboriginal inhabitants of the North
American Arctic, from Bering Strait to East Greenland, a
distance of over 6000 kilometers. As well as Arctic Canada,
Inuit also live in northern Alaska and Greenland, and have
close relatives in Russia. They are united by a common
cultural heritage and a common language. Until recently,
outsiders called the Inuit "Eskimo." Now they prefer their
own term, "Inuit," meaning simply "people." There are about
40,000 Inuit in Canada.

The crow's nest is a cup of twigs and sticks lined with
grass, bark, pine needles, and moss. Nests are located high
in a tree or utility pole. Eggs are bluish-greenish marked
with brown and gray. Females lay 3-7 eggs in each clutch (a
set of eggs laid at one time). Both parents incubate the
eggs, which hatch in about 17 days. The young are able to
fly in roughly 3 weeks.
