Interesting. I watched Hill House (liked it enough, though didn't love it. Probably gave it like a 7?). I recognized Robert Longstreet (the aforementioned Joe Collie) and Anabeth Gish (Caretaker in Hill House, Doctor in Midnight Mass, Monica Reyes in X files) immediately, they were the caretakers in Hill House and imo the best characters of that series. But I cannot remember Keane in Hill House, even though she was an absolute *STUD* in Midnight Mass. I mean it; she was terrific. Definitely an oversight on my part. Well, without question, Flannigan's sophmore work prevails here. Midnight Mass was solid as a rock. |

i don't think antisemitism is a thing of the past. i don't believe these numbers, though, institutions count too much anti israel sentiment as antisemitism. it happens here in the netherlands, where there's an state antisemitism watchdog that i've at least seen equate the two in its communications (i can't exactly know how they count stuff). i'm not sure actions of israel increase antisemitism. i guess this is where i want to point out how much the West contributed to antisemitism (afaik even invented it) i don't really know how i could communicate better. i do want to use radical slogans. i try to be sensitive to history and current things, but i can't reframe everything, till the point where i can't say anything, just because there's anti-semitic neonazi's or conspiracy believers |
