Haha! I couldn't give a shit what you think about any film,
you must admit, 5/5 isn't going to happen unless your taste
levels are stupidly naive.

yet with regards to your career as one of the biggest cunts
in xltronic history you feel the need to exclaim your sense
of superiority once again. bravo.

in turn, you must admit it is stupidly naive to think we all
have the same sense of why a film is great and deserves a
'5/5' whatever that means, because a '4/5' wouldn't do it
justice.

thanks for wasting my time you fucking prick.

Aww! I wish I knew you better from your posts but I don't.
Your name is Ji98 from wherever, you post daft things about
films. Carry on doing it, there's no need to get paranoid
about how people view you. 8 )

Apocalypto - 3.5/5

Much better than expected, troubled directors are usually
the best ones.

Lolita (Kubrick) - 4/5

Another film much better than expected, I can imagine how
controversial this was when it was released, I can't
believe a 14 year old was allowed to play the part. Have to
the read the book now!

Ghost in the Shell - 4/5

Re-watched this for the first time in years and appreciate
it a bit better now i'm a bit older, I hope Spielberg
doesn't go ahead with the US re-make. Its a shame there
aren't more anime like this.

Pom Poko - 2/5

Some parts brilliant, some parts yawn inducing... especially
the second half. It is far too long, it felt like 3 hours
long.

Solaris (Tarkovsky) - 6/5

One of my favourite films of all time, a long film that
keeps you transfixed through every moment. Each time you
watch it you can make a different interpenetration.

i'll change my rating for the last bond down to 1/5... the
best looking bond movie... if you watched it in stills.
Maybe it should have been released as a picture book?

The 1 rating is only because Daniel Craig is a good bond, I
hope they don't mess up in the next film and they really
need to get Goldfrapp to do a bond theme!!!

looking forward to Gran Torino, i find his directing a bit
'by the numbers' at times, especially recently... although
Unforgiven is one of the best westerns ever made.

quantum solace 2/5

the whole 'trust' issue feels incredibly forced and
unnecessary. a forgettable way of hopelessly trying to give
the move some sort of depth. total disappointment compared
to the previous episode.

I don't really see why you'd give anything anything else
than a 5 or a 0. Good is necessary and mediocre is worse
than bad.
