there was this story and -- i think it was perry telling this; whoever had dreds obvs: "...and so we were waiting in line for like two hours to get into the playboy mansion and finally WE'RE IN THE FUCKING PLAYBOY MANSION and obviously the first thing we have to do is get high. so we cram into a toilet stall together and dave is using my dreadlocks to tie himself off while i'm snorting cocaine. but then dave fucks up and the needle pops out and this spurt of blood just sprays all over hugh heffner's bathroom ceiling. so then we're like: shit, we need to leave right now" that's a pro. |

how do these various professions compare? cocaine: in college i was like "i am not trying cocaine i'm scared i'll get addicted [added?]. the cocaine people were like 'oh cool more for us' and then they do cocaine and they seemed a lot more into my manic torrents of conversation. years later, 30s, renting a bedroom in a house with a bunch of people that all do somewhere in the range of [some cocaine, lots of cocaine] and i'd seen and done enough to understand... i'll be alright if i try it; i'm glad i waited but now i'm sure. and this is really the prime chance: easy access; i'm not too old yet. i had no real job to mess up at that moment. etc. so i tried cocaine perhaps two dozen occasions, a few times including The Full Cocaine Experience, up all night and the guy is like "please do the rest of this cocaine otherwise i'll do it" then we're out chain-smoking cigs and i can see he's dissociating, i comment on it gently and yeah, he admits it, i talk him down a bit by the time i moved out of that shithole i hadn't touched it in weeks, and, well, haven't had any since. like: okay, check cocaine off the bucket list. it's exactly what i expected, really. it makes me too tense and i've no particular desire for more opiates: these fuck people up, they're really fucking sneaky. i think they're ok. i can find an ancient bottle of vicodin and, oh, nice! but then i've had one and i stash the rest for later. maybe have one next weekend. maybe not. when i got percocet in exchange for my wisdom teeth, i traded most of it for weed, and that still about sums up my preferences. but meanwhile, so many people who seemed to actually really really like opiates, i'm so sick of hearing about rehab and finding jesus shut up you're a boring useless person now. at least the cocaine people are fun to talk with never actually tried e |

First album is awesome. I still love it. I'd pay $50 if they played it. I'd even pay $45 to hear them live. Life is short. The first album = 11 songs. 50 / 11 = 4.54545455. $4.54545455 for a song played by a band from 90s that you still like - is that much ? The second album sounds boring btw. Have a great weekend ! |
