You said in another thread recently that self-pity does nothing. Why don't you try and work with that theory youreself because you never seem to talk about anything but your depression. You've let it take over your entire world until you think there is nothing you can do. Stop talking about it all the time and give it a chance to sort itself out. I think that you should try and find another counsellor. I know you've tried a few and none have helped but go to your doctor and ask for somebody who will just listen to you instead of somebody who will try and dictate. A lot of people work, now a days by listening rather than talking. Talking about your problems obviously wouldn't be a problem for you as you do it a hell of a lot here. It would help a lot more to talk to someone who is trained to listen and wants to help rather than a group of people, most of whom don't give a shit. You post the same kind of threads so so often and every time you get the same responses. What are you expecting from here? When someone talks about the same thing all the time it gets boring and that's why people are reacting to you the way they are. If you posted threads about it just a couple of times and really listened and took on board what people were saying then they wouldn't mind and would give you some helpful advice, but as it is, with you making excuses for everything and people feeling as if you won't take their opinions seriously anyway, they don't want to help, they just get pissed off. |
