Do labels accept website links? Quite frankly its a huge shag for people to have to send tapes to pissant record labels isn't it? I reckon labels prefer tapes/cdrs 'cause it means less demos to listen or something like that. In reality I reckon Rephlex/Warp/Skam etc etc must get 1000s of demos each year and pissant labels about 2 or something. Still doesn't make any difference 'cause when does a record label release something from a demo tape? Any other views on this subject? |

I think they want cd-r's because it's easier for them. they don't have to go to a site and download etc. they can listen to it wherever they want. |
