Wow I'm surprised. Most people I know don't share these views. One thing I'm totally against is this 'wait 6 months' bullshit. I say you wait until both of you are good and ready (which may vary between a few weeks and a few months or even years). It's entirely up to you as a couple. I used to be so open about this I'd sleep in the same bed with anyone but it wouldn't necessarily end up in sexual interaction. "I love you" is what crashes my relationships. I think I got distant after hearing it from my girl, and when I say it, I felt allmost guilty. How can I love someone else If I hardly love myself? (which is improving a lot by the way, I'm happy with myself and I think it will take a year, maybe two that I can think about relations again.) If its obligate (is that the word for something you MUST do?) it really takes the fun out of it for me. I have a certain feeling inside me that I might end up alone.
