we are what we eat so if you eat things that the human body has not evolved to eat such as the thousands of chemicals found in foods, eventually you'll find something that does not suit you. and if you keep eating it...over months , years issues will arise. best way is to avoid it all and eat and drink mother nature foods. I would subscribe to a load of youtube health channels. and focus on the plant based diets. living foods (un cooked) eat clean organic but you need inspiration, youtube is the place search terms plant based diet. living foods. juicing. organic food find a cool channel that resonates with you or your sister, subscribe and watch one or two a day. good luck whether you follow this or not. peace. |
