she is in the hospital with gall bladder infection at the
moment, its literally ground hog day for her, she keeps
asking where she is, she doesnt even communicate she is in
pain, brain is very strange thing. my mum has vascular
dementia, seems like there is a bit a dementia epidemic with
the ageing population.

well, we went for a pizza, but it took half of the time,
walking way better than two weeks ago, the state has just
enrolled her in the physiotherapy circle, he has started
last friday with the first session, i am very reassured
today and told her too.

freqy, we ate amazing pizza today, you can tell the pizza
wheter a pizza is good or shit by its ingredients, and those
of Mario seems to be really genuine pizzas, my sister was
pretty chilled and satisfied i didnt bother with the vegan
argument.

but i know what you mean by being what we eat, buddhist
teachings also say that too

herself a cup of tea and go the toilet again

"going for a McShit v. Visiting the bogs in fast food
restaurants when one has no intention of buying the food. If
challenged by a suspicious manager, the assurance of a food
purchase after the toilet visit is known as a McShit with
lies."

Thought it was great. Could totally exist. Though I would
add another letter S, to make 'saussignon'. Sounds likes
saucisson, but cuter.

Does Mrs Noy speak French, Port?

she doesn't. She can however speak Ukrainian, Russian,
English and Chinese fluently. Can do a little Italian,
occasionally dabbles in Afrikaans, but no French
unfortunately.

Only four languages fluently, and no French? That's well
disappointing. You should ditch her, mate.

Hope you feel a bit more perky, hypers!

Of course people are depressed!

Sitting with my new fan on to fight the sticky heat. Erm,
gonna make some spinach with garlic and some tomatoes in
bouillon tonight, possibly with a quinoa, basmati and lentil
mix. God this is like those creeps on FB. Soon we'll be
sending each other hearts.

Call me old fashioned, but I find it sad that some symbols
are losing their true meaning. Heart, kisses and the likes
are dished out in such a frantic manner that their true
meaning has been lost.

There was a time when you sent kisses, or a heart, to
someone you actually loved, or wanted to give a kiss to!

Blah blah rant rant.
