was on a bus earlier from Cherkasy to Kyiev. Was listening to Com Truise's new album but got a little bored after a few tracks.... popped on the new EOD e.p...really hit the spot, staring at the fields and cloud filled blue skies go by. Good stuff. |

kyiv, kiev, Київ, Киев I'm actually getting better with the help of duolingo. Once you know the letters you can just about read anything, even if u dont understand. Ukrainian and Russian can be vastly different though. I think Ukrainian sounds cuter in the way they say i, instead of e. - got so dusty from everyone jumping on the ground. I dont get out much or see bands 'n shit, it was incredible. as mohams said, sorry for taking up space. Portnoy out. Be good, zilty. |

Feel great. Switched ma alimento raw vegation like three months ago tetarian with very little cheese and fish (like once a moerytnth) And evhing changed, health getting incredible, soft skin lost 22 pounds, feeling more calm and opened. Also began meditation. Realizing more and more that we are living in a world where normally important people like doctors, always are lying to us, we don't need any drugs at all and they live on selling drugs. The healing is in nature. |

exactls, today I had a homemade banana, pecan nuts, apple smoothie and later a carrot, a tomato , some cucumber and an avocado on azyme bread with little salt. It was all sooooo goood !!! |

Portnoy, do you travel for work or is this hols? Went to dinner at my mum's. It's nice she lives in the same country now. Just finished cleaning the bathroom using bleach, which I'm not used to using. My nose fucking stings, and it's a sneezathon. Will be going back to my possibly slightly less effective, but greener option. Now watching crap telly, with a spliff (or two). |
