Sounds like the first day is going to be jazz madness ! Will be hanging around till midnight, then i'm picking up Mads from the station. Oh yeah! Almost there :) Crazone, and everyone else, what will you lot be wearing, so we can recognise eachother. I think i'll wear my AFX shirt the first day, and my Ceephax Acid Crew shirt the next. It has fluorescent pink letters on it, so you must recognise it :) Unless, ofcourse, 235928 people turn up with the same shirt, like with afx in the hague. |

I'm going to skip on Vibert I guess. Seen him a couple of times and haven't been wowed. So this would be my ideal path: Squarepusher, Ceephax, Aphex, Exile, Funckarma, Rustie, Snares, Benga. And lol, I wish I had a shirt like that. |

Aphex/Hecker set was incredibly well mixed, didnt recognized much tracks because a lot of things seemed to be remixed or in different speeds. I think the combination with hecker is really great. You really can hear the mix is more dynamic and the surround sound effects are cutting edge. I read a lot of people complaining it was not intelligent enough and too much hardcore stuff. But why would you want to hear complex things in a party environment? There was a big anti-climax though because of the really groce images at the end of the set with dead people in coffins and where autopsy is being held on. And other things that i really dont want to say or think about, but also poop and pis-sex. Didnt add anything to the music. And maybe ruined my experience of aphex music for the whole future. |
