Tolst, you are showing your age in a bad light. Nirvana
is/was shit/amazing at that time. I thought you of all
people on here ignored popular nonsense helped by being in a
country that was developing.

"Tolst, you are showing your age in a bad light."

i often do that :)

the thing is i loved them back then, it was basically the
only music i was listening to for a while. after cobain died
i stoped listening and focused on electronic music again,
and i would only listen to nirvana like once per year or
even less. then 'with the lights out' was released in 2004
and it pretty much blew my mind off..can't remember if i had
internet in 94, but somehow, eventhough i was a huge fan, i
never heard any of their bootlegs, i had all the albums, and
some live albums, but they didn't sound harsh on any of
them. with the lights out opened my eyes again, it's such an
awesome collection that pretty much shows the best what
nirvana was..

and im affraid i my english is too poop to understand that
last sentence of yours fully :)

r40f says..."you sound like an idiot. the last sentence is
so telling.
all the people who didn't see anything more to the music
than a melody are the ones who only listen to that pussy
acoustic album. "oh, i don't like rock music to be too
loud! i just want nirvana to play quiet pop things!"
that's your own lack of understanding of the music.

also the melvins were and are hugely influenced by classic
rock. it's just a fact."

i was drunk and trying to instigate, but that being said..im
glad you can take one sentence and generalize my feeling
about nirvana and that i want rock and roll to not be loud?
lol...well try this one, my favorite tracks from the
acoustic cd are plateau and lake of fire...

whaqt do you make of that? haha..i really dont care about
nirvana anymore anyway..i liked them 15 years ago and have
since moved on
