that's a good idea. i've considered it, but having it on my crappy excuse for a website and my crappy excuse for an avatar would be overkill. plus i think it's nicer to have a picture of yourself or something that you created for your avatar instead of some random stolen item of pop culture.. |

what i will say is it has a nice "creepy" vibe, unlike the original.. |

c'mon step right up.. don't be shy.. there's still time to enter! some hints that may or may not work: make a spontaneous mix in just 3 and 1/2 minutes. flip a coin, roll a die or shake a plastic "magic" eight ball to make most creative decisions making the track. don't be afraid to make last-minute, ganja-influenced choices in creating your track..ask an ouija board what to name your track. ask for your parents and grandparents opinions on your track, and then change it accordingly. have one of the main focuses of your track be knuckle and neck cracking sounds, and finally, try recording and playing a keyboard part (or just making your track in general,) with everything on mute.. keep in mind that those were just some suggestions and/or antisuggestions (suggestions on what not to do), and it does not affect the quality of your track, which the it will be judged on.. |

okay, since i'm not part of the gay love bump helping community, my thread has remained hidden most of the time, only exposed by my own incessant bumping and ramblings. i thought by doing that, at least 5 people would enter this, but i didn't realize that this is most likely just part of an even larger popularity and back scratching contest. i thought by giving some stupid, funny suggestions, someone would realize that they would just have to pull something out of their ass by may 10th and win a copy of my cd, but i guess even that wasn't worth the effort to anyone. thank you to everyone who entered. please email me your mailing address at: spidermam@buffalotalks.com , if you are interested in receiving a cd. if i don't hear from you i will try to contact you myself. it will take a while, because i'm not yet completely finished with the album, but if you email me your address, i promise i will send the album when it is completed. thanks to everyone who entered. |
