I don't really take hip-hop seriously. When I do listen to
it, its just stuff that gives me a laugh, like The Streets
or Danger Doom. The Mouse and the Mask is the only
rap album I listen to front to back anymore, so I'll go with

i can't take it seriously cos i don't understand most of the
word that are being said, to recognize some i need to listen
to an album for years and years. when it comes to hip hop i
like the flow and the beat, and they're serious when they
make me feel fine. these days i'm diggin Soundpieces by
Lootpack (98), i'm listening to this from the last year and
it's still fresh.
