i don't think anyone expects obama to turn the US into a
social democracy, or something like that.

but compared to mccain he's MORE liberal. and in reality
american citizens only have two choices: the conservative or
the SLIGHTLY less conservative.

i cross my fingers for the slightly less conservative.

I think you are making a mistake voting for Obama, most
people are voting for him simply because he has the most
media coverage. There is another guy called Ron paul, he is
by far more intelligent that the others and i think he is
someone who will make the right choices.

the bottom line here is, Ron Paul would make things better
for you the people, but worse for these big business
interests who run the show in america. these are the same
people behind the media corps who keep robing you.

those media corps are telling you how to think. start
opening your eyes and see for yourself what is happening in
America

look up Ron Paul, don't be put off by his age

Fuck ron paul he probably smells of willy. Obama may fuck
everything up but thats not the point now. America has to
make an international statement about itself. That it's
personally ashamed of everything it's current governments
been responsible for. Obama being voted for is a symbol that
a large part of america is sorry. Sorry for it's past and
present, it does have a lot to answer for. America shouldn't
end up being the victim of bad things and angry people
because so many Americans have done good things and in no
way agree with it's history of wrong doings. BUT IF OBAMA
FAILS NEXT TO ANOTHER BUSH WITH A BIGGER CHIN THEN IT SPEAKS
VOLUMES.

I would put my money on the fact that if ron paul had had
more media coverage than the others, he would be the guy
everyone is talking about..

just keep printing off that money and increase taxes,
whatever, it's not my country do what you like

everyone prepare for similiar dissapointment of an Obama
presidencynlike when the democrats took majority of the
house and senate in 2006.

remember when the democrats tried as hard as they could to
end the war, reverse the patriot act, and impeach Gwbush
when they got in office in 2006?

oh wait i forgot they didnt do anything of the sort... they
actually have blocked all efforts of impeachment and
continue to fund the war, silly me!

"bleh"

sorry i didnt know that warranted any kind of
acknowledgement!

i could totally sympathize with the mindset of wanting to
vote for obama as a vote against Mcain, however if you
truely think Obama is somehow going to make drastic
favorable changes that is a very naive mindset.

who'da thunk the next prez candidate would be called BARACK
fucking OBAMA 40, 30, 20 or even 10 years ago?

just saying... just saying....

he's had ALL the odds against him and he's won everything
'till this point. there's no doubt he'll go all the way.
there's something about him that makes him irresistible to
people.

when that's said, i'm not sure if things will get better
when he reaches the top...

"Amassive NO to everything that's happened.
"
like what exactly?

when you say everything that's happened i take that as every
horrible precedent George W Bush has set.

this would include the Patriot act 1 & 2, turning Iraq into
a fertile ground for corporations to pillage, creating one
of the largest mercenary armies in the world, redefining the
laws so that corporations that break the law on spy on
Americans can not be legally held accountable, the war on
terror <-- a bullshit concept in its very premise you cannot
fight a war on an idea, pouring 5x more tax payer money into
Christian organizations.

Obama's voting record on these issues are clear, his public
statements seem to support most if not all of these George W
Bush precedents. He may want to end some, like the Iraq war,
but to what degree he really means to end the occupation
remains to be seen. The largest American embassy in the
world, which is basically a fully staffed military base is
being built in iraq as i type this.

Vote for a third party candidate like Ron Paul or someone
else.

Is it really a good idea to elect someone who invests
millions of dollars into getting a job position that pays
less then $100,000 a year ?
