I imagine it collects all their legendary singles. Though
whether it's just the music by Rutter and Golding (Redcell,
Cmetric, 2001, Infamix, Musicology) or the other acts on the
B12 label (Stasis, As One) I don't know. Either way it is a
Time of Great Joy.

the new track on Seed's 5x5/4 was noice.

box set sounds grand! Evolution Records is doing a similar
thing. EVO 001/002/003 3 pack set out on 19th Nov. . all
goes well w/ that we should see another 3 pack w/
004/005/006 and then the Symbiotic EP

bought some more lately. very reminiscent of the Good Old
Days of Warp's Artificial Intelligence. sure, all the
artists sounded pretty much the same, but it was good.

Well, seeing as they had two tracks on the original
"Artfificial Intelligence" comp and the first album proper
was part of the A.I. series, I'm not suprised.

Plus B12 doesn't sound like Black Dog who doesn't sound like
Polygon Window who doesn't sound like Speedy J who doesn't
sound like Autechre who doesn't sound like Richard Kirk who
doesn't sound like FUSE ... if you get my drift.

meh. they diverged later on, but if i was given one of the
artificial intelligence compilations today and not told what
it was, i would probably think all the songs were by the
same artist.

seriously: don't bump this thread unless there's actually a
releasedate for the boxset. i hate it when i wet my pants
prematurely!

I guess that's the artists' fault and not the fact that
you're a fucking moron getting in the way there.

goDel: Sorry, I felt the same when I saw the thread bumped
by the spotty student.

The discography section on the B12 site now includes information
about all 7 Archive releases. Or maybe it has for some time
and I only noticed today.

Disc 2 B1202 plus 2 unreleased tracks

Volume 2
Disc 1 B1203
Disc 2 B1204 plus 2 unreleased tracks

Volume 3
Disc 1 B1205 plus 2 unreleased tracks
Disc 2 B1206 plus 2 unreleased tracks

Volume 4
Disc 1 B1207 and Redcell side of B1214.2 plus 2

"Practopia" which was also on B1215, cf. Volume 7 below)
plus 2 unreleased tracks

Volume 5

tracks from B1208) plus 2 unreleased tracks
Disc 2 Stasis half of B12CD1 (which included all
tracks from B1211)

Volume 6
(had to guess a bit here)
Disc 1 B1209
Disc 2 6 unreleased tracks

Volume 7

Disc 2 5 tracks from compilations (Eurowarp;

Summing up the number of tracks from each release doesn't
match what it says in the header graphic on the site about
the archive as a whole ("98 Tracks Including 24 Previou

As I was saying, summing up the number of tracks from each
release doesn't
match what it says in the header graphic on the site about
the archive as a whole ("98 Tracks Including 24 Previously
Unreleased") so maybe some of this isn't final.

Volume 3 is out next week. Huzzah! Not that I've got 1 and 2
yet... I think it's time to splurge!
