xltronic = good.

From the work being done behind the scenes through to the
moderation of the board I can honestly say I am enjoying it
now as much, if not more, as I ever have. The radio guests
are awesome whether they are undiscovered xlters or
discovered ones and the fact this is being done for free you
have to wonder why certain people who contribute nothing
(neither financially nor post wise) feel the need to be the
principle moaners.

Anyway nice one people. Keep up the goodness.

Peace.

I think the moderation has been overall pretty great since
that instatement of the new moderators. Things have been up
and running pretty smoothly.

Its cool to see the XLT radio makes strides from when it
first started. I think its neat to hear what other people
frequently listen to and really expands me to more artists.
Reminds me of when i first joined the site that i really
learned alot about the scene. I took some time off and have
recently been getting back into the swing of things and
getting to know new and different artists. Quite fun :)

I've come to learn that, instead of foolishly hoping for
some unatainable 100% quality, expect a more realistic 50%
and you won't be disappointed.

Take this very thread, 3 interesting posts from Ecnad,
Phobia and Virginpusher. 3 pointless posts by Combo,
Swift_Jams and Swears. That's 50%, I'm happy.

As long as you recorded the sound of the brush on the canvas
it could pass as avant garde.

replying.

hahahaha

indeed the place is good, very much due to the moderating
team and the administrators
I say everything is pretty much under control now
th place is informative andalso funny... agood sense of
community eventhough its hard for me to catch up with all
the new accounts

but this place is also good (apart from the crew) thanks to
the very important contribution of people I really admire
like panda, giginger, ecnad, vlary, aesthetics,
horsefactory... and yes, yourself dog_belch
and more of course... just didnt meant to mention them all
but those that now I remember.

its true that the xlt radio sets are a realy incredible
thing that we can enjoy
and I cannot say that I contributed to the site in the last
months (money) but well..

When I visited this place for the first time, I liked quite
soon it, but after about two months, April or perhaps May I
believe, the things were changed, the board became something
impossible; lots of b7, trolls, "qrter and tolstoyed
moderators??" "stop it dog_belch!" etc etc. I remember also
a phob's post where he said he was going to close this
messageboard... Fortunately now I can say the situation is
pretty much under control as fairly nacmat said. I really
hope it will keep in this way!

You shouldn't, it may be the best darn post you ever read...

I've always thought this place to be the most tidy and
informative message board dedicated to (excellent)
electronic music. Well, since I started reading it back in
'04 anyway. I remember finding it through the AE/AFX
remixes.
