i don't like the video songs "eple" or "poor leno", but
there are some excellent ones on the album, i love the track
"she's so".

also, i got it on vinyl and there's one song missing! it's
2LP, so i wonder what's up with that. the songs are in
different order but that doesn't bother me.

the track missing is called "40 years back" or something
like that. anyone heard that one? am i missing much?

I have bought the album, and i think its quite allright.
They have some nice songs... Sparks, Remind Me for an
example.

But it has gone like "pop" in denmark now :/

First, it's Röyksopp, not Royksopp. Yeah, i went to see
them perform not long ago, and it was really cool. I love
"Eple", I think it's one of the best tunes of 2001. Not to
mention their album; In Space, A Higher Place, So Easy are
all great songs. (Except a few boring ones like Röyksopp's
Night Out and Sparks.) And they're Norwegian, too :)

I haven't "ö" on my keyboard but don't worry... with a
little copy and paste... tah dah... "Röyksopp", now is it
better? ;)

Cool... I opened this topic and I'm the only one who isn't
scandinavian here.

;-)

Heh. Nice observation. I reckon we (Scandinavians) are quite
pleased with what Röyksopp have achieved. It has def. been
a successful year for Norwegian music, and i'm especially
thinking of Röyksopp but also DJ Teebee (d'n'b), Bjørn
Torske and the Tellè compilation....

Röyksoop are really big here in sweden.

I liked teebee's first album and ep's but now he is changing
style to a more dance friendly bad company style i think.
I don't like that as much but he is still a very skillfull
producer.
On "black science labs" he had lots of samples from the
movies "lost in space" and "contact".
I wonder if he got that cleared first.

Another cool scandinavian act is Pluxus(swedish),check them
out.

I think Rõyksopp is OK. But a bit "easy listening." Check
out www.tellerecords.com I really want to go to Bergen the
1st weekend of March, but I have to save money for The
Roskilde Festival. Is it just me, or does Phobiazero look a
bit like Massive Attack's 3D?

I like them. Their remix of "what does it feel like?" by
Felix Da Housecat is pretty good. I really like that track
they've done that samples "Blue on Blue" by gals and pals
(did they ever manage to clear that sample? :) )
