i don't know if there was any topic about it before, because i couldn't use the search function :/ what do you think about this movie ? for me - it's brilliant. watched it the first time a few days ago. it's just a pity that it wasn't released in 3 times 2 hours each. it's to "compressed" in my opinion. the whole electronic music history in not even 2 hours... i loved the short interview with sp... how untidy his room was... and of course rob (or sean??) digging his nose in the interview :D just awesome... |

i saw this waaaaaay back in 2000 at a music festival here on the big screen. I was just getting into mr.pusher and the full effect of seeing him interviewd didn't hit me. If i remeber correctly he was wearing an oversized colour jumper, had not much of a beard and was playing with toy xylophone? Can't remeber much else about it but would love to see it again. Was RDJ in that? I can;t remeber Ae as i wan;t into em. I remember the hip-hop stuff was cool even though i'm not mad into it. yes .. details! |

this movie was in the seattle film festival like 7 years ago. the producer showed up to answer questions. people were grilling him about why it doesn't represent all genres of electronic music equally and such. the producer was like, "err,, uh... i don't know, i just paid for it." not a direct quote! |
