"Today's Daily Mirror has some new shots of Episode III that have been floating around the net for months. While Lucasfilm has made sure these pics haven't been available for public consumption online, the UK tabloid scooped them up and are running them nationwide today. Here's the scan (contains spoilers) courtesy of Dan and about 10 other readers. Here's what some friends are saying about it: The burned Anakin pic is genuine ... from a certain point of view. The face, neck, body, and legs are composited together from 3 real images from makeup tests for Episode III. The robotic arm is from Episode 2 composited and colored in. Credit originally should go to an insider named Timberwolf, but obviously at this point that is inconsequential." |

Anakin Skywalker is pretty creepy and seedy character in Episode 2 so its no surprise he goes on to be Darth Vader. In fact as Darth Vader he is pretty cool and pretty sane. I'd say he gets his shit together once he becomes Darth - definitely much more in command and in control of things. |
