I've noticed something the past few weeks, naming no names, but there have been more and more images posted/links posted to sites with content that is not "worksafe". By that I mean that people could get into trouble if a Boss, Teacher, Relative etc. saw the image, heard the sound file etc. Now, I accept that people occassionaly want to post something funny, yet offensive. If you must do this, please put a polite, clear notice in the same post as the link. Don't post offensive images at all- if in doubt, host 'em elsewhere and link to them as described above. Thanks for your attention. |

OK a seroius question now... If we do as you say and include a warning at the start of the topic, whet happens if a user has his preferences set to 'show latest post at the top'. That latest post could be a BAD image and he will bypass the warning altogether. You can NOT hold the person that posted the image to blame then. |
