well lets see i like several......

- Jerry Seinfeld.....cos he doesn't have to swear to be
funny!

- George Carlin.......cos he swears....ehhehe and he doesn't
take shit from anyone!

- Bill Murray.......cos he jus tis so funny looking....his
expressions are classic and just inspire unvolunteered
chuckles

- Chris Rock........cos he can laugh at himself

- Chris Tucker.....cos he talks so fast and he's GREEN
=0)....i mean remember his character in 'the fifth element'
i just rolled on the floor with that one

comedians are such great observers.....they find those
things that connect us all and make us laugh about how
wonderfully the same we really are!

yeah,,,,gervace and coogan (and morris, of course) are a
fairly recent line of british 'uncomfortable'
comedians...that is they don't rely on swearing or obvious
gags but rather subtle and extreme
characterisations.....that make you think "fuck me, he's too
real to a character"....any yanks like that?
(Larry Sanders is pretty good btw)

i think jerry seinfeld is mildly humorous, but it took the
genious of larry davids stand up to make seinfeld work as a
sitcom.
