Ceri: BoC is a duo, it's a no-no. Try again. They have to
have guitars.

Only when they play live... Like Bentley rhythm ace, there
are 2 in the band, but due to the nature of the music they
need more people when they play live.

offline Bob Mcbob on 2002-07-05 12:22 [#00297850]

it was my beleif that there were 2 members that 'started the
whole thing off', then 4 more joined later on, they all made
the music....
there still sort of a band tho....

Coil is not a duo(John Balance, Peter Christopherson,
Stephen Thrower, Otto Avery, Danny Hyde, Drew McDowall,
William Breeze, Rose McDowall, Thighpaulsandra, Simon
Norris)

and Current 93 is not just David Tibet. other members walk
in and out(HöH, Steven Stapleton, Douglas P, Rose McDowall,
John Balance, Tony Wakeford)

...so I think these are allowed to qualify as bands

offline Meho Krljic from Beograd (Yugoslavia) on 2002-07-05 14:44 [#00298037]
Points: 6617 Status: Addict

Laserbeak: no way. Smelly and Balance are coil, and the rest
are just friends and helpers, the same goes for C93, though,
I admit that Stephen Stapleton features on almost every c93
release. I really love the fact that all those people keep
being close and tied together after more than 20 years.
