There certainly isn't many I can think of. Most have at
least 1 or 2 filler tracks which don't work for me. The
following are as close as I could probably get in electronic
music, though even some of these aren't "perfect"

Dopplereffekt - Gesamtkunstwerk
Coil - The Remote Viewer
Global Communication - 76 14
FSOL - Lifeforms

i don't think it's really fair to do this... there are some
amazing albums with amazing tracks except one or two that
are forgettable, and albums with no bad tracks at all which
are just very good.

and what to do with intros and interludes..?

I've never heard a perfect album, and neither have you. Even
if it's perfect at first listen, you learn over time it
isn't. Or it starts off flawed, then gets perfect, then you
realise it isn't. Cos nothing's perfect, not even the
perfect album. Cause it isn't perfect. Nothing is. Perfect.
Puuurrrrrfeccct.

Right now I am listening to a Jonas Bering album that I have
not really given much of a listen to in the past after I
downloaded it. Now, its by no means perfect, but its ideal
for right now, because I wouldn't rather be listening to
anything else at this moment.
