I saw/heard Plaid at roskilde festival 01 it was great.. Hehe thou they where just sitting with their laptops checking e-mail and added new songs for their winamp playlist hehe. |

i saw mira calix open for plaid.......who were supposed to open up for []pusher.......he was sick......on thier last tour in lawrence,kansasssssssssssssssss...it was worth the 3 hour drive.......mira played baccifulus bouncing ball (dont know how to spell it) and everyone said "yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh". |

I dont know if she was trying to prove something or just amuse herself, but you DO NOT do that for an hour at a concert. But i gotta say when she played baccifulus, the place all went nuts. |

I went to see plaid, mira calix and nobukazu takamura lastnight guys. I suggest everyone goes in their vicinity. The show rocked the house down. Mira was just Djing but she played some BOC which everyone on this mb should be happy about... I wish she played some venetian snares :( |

astar: yes they did have the video with a quiz asking "do you eat slowly"... "do you feel 'cold' around others", etc.. all matched with the tunes. and in that clip they interspersed shots from that shooting that took place at texax university in the 70s i believe. you see a guy loading his rifle up and it shows you the sights through his scope as he aims for people walking, on bikes.. then it jumps back and forth between the quiz. i just thought it was all very emotional thing for me, all their stuff touches you inside. this particular video is played along with the song "family" off of double figure.. great great track. my friend has this tiny lil digital JVC camera, he almost brought it to bootleg the show but was worried bout it getting taken away. turns out other people were taping the show and no one cared.. next time though! watch for that robot cam, its fucking cool!
