All I know is on uTorrent you go File->Create new torrent. Select the folder you want to make a torrent of. Click save. The got on Oink. Click upload. Select the folder that you made the .torrent of. Fill in the details. Click save. Then on the torrent it sends you, point if to the folder that has the mp3's. And relex. and that's through drunken knowldege, so I'm not sure how accurate that is. |

Already spotted a flaw: "Select the folder that you made the .torrent of. " should read: "Select the path-> .torrent file that you just created after selecting File->Create New Torrent" |

I got thrown out of Oink last week, because I was literally 1.5Mb short of the upload minimum. it's unfeasibly hard to keep a good ratio at that place - I never have any problems at other "closed" torrent sites. there seems to be an overabundance of torrents, and the only way people can then prop up their ratio is by uploading a new torrent of their own - even more torrents! |

So true.. I even started a topic about it over there which is deleted now.. but the misserable admin/moderators who run that site don't really know what they are doing. Their motto is, the more torrents the better. |
