I like the Skyliner track..its good dont get me wrong (its
really nice) but I was looking forward to more
guitars........

oh well some fans are never satisfied...it must be
frustrating being BOC...a lot of fans complained about the
guitars and now when they removed them (probably) on this EP
people will complain that they liked the guitars...

By the way whats the tracklength? and that name sound
familiar Melissa "Juice" Olson from the Hexagon Sun team

got the news from watmm

yay, boards of canada!

yeah, people seemed to get really fussy over the guitars in
TCH

like someone said at watmm "this sounds like an amalgam of
their work from the twoism album and the recent TCH album"
wich I think is a very accurate description..

Skyliner - 5:42

The Skyliner track sounds very Twoism, i like it.

And i'm hit and miss with the huitars, some of the tracks it
adds such a wonderful sound. But i think they have tried to
sound a bit too much like bibio on 'Mush' and sort of cocked
it up.

It all sounds ver glacial, i like it muchly.

ooh, looking forward to this ep. whether it just sounds like
their old stuff or whatever. should be a fine addition to
their releases nonetheless.
i like the track anyway.

I notice this is on white vinyl. No disrespect, I'm sure
(based on Skyliner - an excellent return to form) this'll be
brilliant musically, but white vinyl is probably the
tackiest looking vinyl ever and aside from
clear/transparent, one of the hardest to visually cue.

Funny, even after my slight disappointment with TCHP, just
that Skliner sample gives me a hope and the prospect of this
record makes my life better.

For 6 tracks and a seperate DVD, I'd say that's damned
reasonable. Unless of course, you're saying why is it so
cheap...

Mmmm, liking this. Not exactly a major step forward but then
it's boc innit, sounds better than the campfire headfarce
anyway.

I had to google that one (I dont buy battlewax), but yeah I
can agree that cueing on white vinyl is a bitch, and I can
only imagine what a pain in the ass it is to scratch with
it.
